The R2000 centrifugal locking TERSA® head renews the reed head concept, offering greater performance to professionals in the sector.
R2000TERSA® head, available in Avional 2/2 or steel is adaptable to all machines and guarantees efficient and long-life planing.
Caution: on the R2000 TERSA® heads the total length is 5mm longer than the length of the knife.

Ø 100 with width up to 240mm Z=4
Ø 125 with width up to 250mm Z=4
Ø 140 with width up to 260mm Z=4

TERSA® R2000 PRO HEADS offer the possibility of carrying out planing and profiling operations in a single machine pass.
R2000 TERSA® PRO head is available in Avional 2/2 or steel. each head is supplied complete with: 1 set of HSS knives, 1 hammer for unlocking knives, 1 technical sheet

MBM Spiral Heads in Ergal 7075
The MBM Spiral planing heads are produced in duralumin Ergal 7075; in order to guarantee optimal use, 2 bushings in case hardened and ground steel were mounted. This solution facilitates and guarantees a perfect fit on the shaft-holder-cups.

The same construction philosophy is also true for the MBM Spiral steel head, which always mounts hard metal knives, squared with the following dimensions 15x15x2.5mm reduced tolerance, rounded R95, with a clearence angle of 37°.
